By the vote of the Foundation’s trustees Friday, November 12, Chief Operating Officer of Oakline Jason Metox will assume the position of the secretary of the foundation. The employees of the foundation serve on the condition of annual reappointment. Mr. Matox will continue to serve as an Advisor to the Foundation at Oakline and his parent company, Behringer.
